Hi There, I would like to connect a temperature sensor to the ADC (TOUT) pin. What's the max voltage ADC can read? Is it 1V? If yes, does applying a 2V voltage to the ADC damages the ESP8285? I am generating a 1000Hz PWM signal on GPIO with 0.5us ON. On RTC interrupt I set the pin (ON), wait for 0.5us (nops) and then clear GPIO, clear interrupt and reset RTC timer. Internal Temperature Sensor

Is there any internal temperature sensor included on ESP8266? I remember that one of the first datasheet mentioned it, but no information was released after that. I would like to get some kind of temperature measurement out of the chip, without any external components.

If you want to do PWM at 1000Hz with 1000 steps -> the minimum step/stage must have 1us ON and 999us OFF. So it really matters to toggle the pins at Mhz rate.
