Why so much spam using personal messaging

I've been getting a lot of spam emails (many in russian) using the personal messaging feature of the forum. Isn't there a way to clamp down on spammers? Probably disallow PMing till the user becomes an established user.

If I only do development on my own Linux machine, is there still any advantage of using Docker over locally installing the tool-chain?

Very good questions, this has been all mysterious. But I can answer your last question: simply put ALL your code in flash (apart maybe from a few a very small functions that handle interrupts).
