Please Help. My board is not working.

Postby Riu » Wed Feb 15, 2017 7:57 pm

Hello.

I have a ESP8266EX_Demo board.
I downloaded binaries in ESP8266_NONOS_SDK_V2.0.0 to the board to use AT commands.
And I can see some message when the connection is occurred, but I can’t see any response from the board when I sent AT command using PC.
Please see below steps(images) and let me know what is wrong or missing.

Thanks.

Hello Riu,
AT command should go along with a newline
if you send "AT+GMR", it will not give you any response
But if you send "AT+GMR" and add a new line after that, it will work

Hello Puff
Thanks for your replay.
I think ‘add a new line’ same as pressing ‘Enter’ key in the application.
The last image shown the final situation when write “AT” + press ‘Enter’ in PC.
The cursor moves first column after pressing 'Enter' key, same as in case of "AT+GMR".
If you know other method to add a new line with PC or the other PC application to send AT command, please let me know. (My OS is Windows7)
Thanks
Riu
