[SOLVED] How to change baudrate ?

Postby Eliott » Sun Aug 27, 2017 4:53 am

Hello,

I'm trying to change baudrate with the command related to this documentation: https://github.com/Arduinolibrary/DFRob ... _v0.23.pdf

This is the firmware version: 00200.9.4

When I try one of this command I always get an error:

AT+UART=9600,8,1,0,0
AT+UART_CUR=9600,8,1,0,0
AT+UART_DEF=9600,8,1,0,0

Is this baudrate available ?

even on the default baudrate (115200) I got and error.

There is the serial terminal log (docklight): https://pastebin.com/raw/Gvi246QL

Thank you for help.

Regards,

Eliott.

AT+UART_CUR=115200,8,1,0,0
This works fine, all of your commands work fine.

But the firmware you are using is not an official Espressif release I think. I don't recognize the firmware version number. The manual you sent the link to (PDF file) is WAYYY too old. There have been hundreds of revisions since then in the last two years.

The latest AT firmware is at:
https://github.com/espressif/ESP8266_NO ... ter/bin/at

Latest AT command manual documentation can be found here (from resources section):

Hello,

thank you for the answer.

I updated my firmware with the parameters below, but AT does not working anymore, did I make a mistake ?

SOLVED How to change baudrate

Postby Jamartox » Wed Sep 20, 2017 4:16 am

Hi,
i have just take my mini2440 and having problem in communication with bios via serial port. using a desktop with serial port i have no problem. but using a laptop with a usb to serial converter i cant read the data. the setting are the same. i think this converter is not support 115200 baudrate because i am also using it with other devices with lower baudrates. i just want to try if i can change the baudrate of supervivi. i set the parameters to 9600 baudrate in supervivi menu but it is still comminucate with 115200. it didnot change what am i doing wrong?
