ESP8266_NONOS_SDK_V1.1.2 Patch for scan issue

Here is a patch based on ESP8266_NONOS_SDK_V1.1.2 resolved issue that "wifi_station_scan" cause loss of wireless connectivity.

Please replace them in esp_iot_sdk/lib folder.

更新附件 lib，基于 ESP8266_NONOS_SDK_V1.1.2，解决 wifi_station_scan 导致 WiFi 连接断开的问题。

请将附件替换到 esp_iot_sdk/lib 路径下。
