It's ready? Or i have to send boot bin file? "-ESP-WROOM-S2 will start only after it receives the boot file sent from MCU"

Im using PIC microchip and need interfacing with SPI and send AT commands over this interface.
WROOM-S2 chip is ready for accept it? Or needs to be flashed?
