the MAC addresses stay unchanged after flashing new firmware (I have Not yet tested) ? I use ESPFlashDownloadTool_v3.4.8 and NON OS SDK v2.1.0.

Yes, MAC address is unique, MAC addresses for Station and softAP are different for each ESP-12E device.

are the MAC adresses for Station and softAP different for each ESP-12E device ? If I produce for example 10 000 devices with the ESP-12E, should I make some collection of MAC adresses for my production and give to each of the device unique MAC adresses (AT+CIPSTAMAC, AT+CIPAPMAC) ? I need to ensure identification for each ot these devices, because there can be up to 50 devices connected to one IP address at the same time in my application.
