Module Gerber or board desgin files

Hi, we want to integrate the ESP8266 into our system board. I was wondering if there is any open source or otherwise board design available with PCB trace antenna or even chip antenna that we could use and directly incorporate into our system as we don't have RF hardware design expertise.
