If you need external help you may contact on the below links.
If you do not want to mess with RF section, you may want to use modules like ESP-12 or ESP_WROOM_02 modules for making your systems. That is usually the simplest and fastest way.

So far, i have functional prototype build with NODEMCU but i wan to simplify things now and make it smaller.

1. Is there some written, open hardware guidelines for that
(good example, blog post or youtube video speaking about experiences, would be good enough)

2. Is there someone who would be willing to make it or help make it and be payed for that?
