You may also use coexistence feature and stall WiFi radio when BT is being used.
In terms of board layout, I suppose you are using 2.4 GHz antennas, probably separate ones. Align them at 90 degrees and leave some space between them. Also have via stitching between the 2.4GHz band chip grounds.
