ESP12 stuck in boot mode

Help. I got myself stuck booting into Boot Manager with the ivp6 and ivp4 choices. How do I get back to the main UBCD menu?

In my case PGIO15 was already connected to GND but with 1k capacitor so it could not load
I connected it directly and now I recieve OK in terminal when type AT command

Well I found the problem. Pretty simple really, moving from module ESP01 to ESP12-E I forgot to wire GPIO15 to GND.

Hi,

I bought a few ESP8266MOD (ESP12) but in programming mode (GPIO0 low) the device seems to be stuck in:

ets Jan 8 2013,rst cause:2, boot mode:(5,3)
waiting for host

And I cannot use the ESP FLASH DOWNLOAD TOOL V1.2, it won't sync with the chip.
If I connect GPIO0 high I get the same result:

ets Jan 8 2013,rst cause:2, boot mode:(7,3)
waiting for host

Any idea?
