If I can get WPS to work, then I will have successfully emulated all of the USR232-T functions and we can dump our PO with them and use the ESP8266 module in its place.

I am not a C programmer (this is the first actual 'C' coding I have ever done). I am looking for a simple drop-in solution to the expensive USR modules and if I can get this this WPS issue resolved I will be extremely happy (as will Espressif due to large sales).
