The serial board is tested with loopback connection and performs ok.
Connections:
1. 3V3 connected to serial board 3.3V
2. GND connected to serial board GND
3. TX to serial board RX
4. RX to serial board TX
5. EN pin is 3.3V

Only when RST button is pressed is the following result received on the monitor (74880baud):
