repeating timer limit

Does anyone know if there's a limit on the number of repeating timers (setup by os_timer_arm(..., 1)) which can be active at the same time? Just interested to know if it's more than 1 because my code appears to be blowing up now I've introduced a second & wasn't sure if that was the reason
