Please have a try with our latest AT firmware http://bbs.espressif.com/viewtopic.php?f=46&p=6508#p6508.
It is suggest that using the new boot_v1.5.bin instead of boot_v1.2.bin.

If your problem is still unsolved, please provide the new test log for debugging.

I only used a few commands but it automatically resets.
Could you help me to avoid this issue?
