I am testing with mesh_json_p2p_test by call mesh_json_p2p_test_init in esp_server_con_cb and replace esp_recv_entrance with mesh_packet_parser.
But mesh_device_get_mac_list alway fail. How can I verify the mesh_device_get_mac_list function?

I changed mesh mode in user_init to LOCAL mode as follows
espconn_mesh_enable(mesh_enable_cb, MESH_LOCAL);//MESH_ONLINE);
But I find that if I powered off the router, I cannot connect 2 modules together through mesh. Is it true?
