wifi on/off and power settings

Is there a way to completely disable/shutdown the wifi system once it's started?

Any way of setting/limiting TX power?

Any way of disabling the "autoconfig" "feature" of the wifi? (once connected the settings are saved to flash, on reboot it will automatically try to reconnect - and activate the wifi system)
