Not really, the WROOM-02 modules ship blank or with AT command firmware by default.
If you need a specific default program with a very large number of WROOM-02 module, I'm sure we can arrange for your requirements.

Usually, the fastest way of producing programmed modules is by programming the flash chip directly before it is put into the WROOM-02 PCB. OTA programming on fresh modules will not be convenient on the production line because once the module is produced, you will need UART interface to initiate and verify the firmware/hardware anyway. I'd recommend having a PCB edge connector for programming the boards after production. Fastest feasible way I guess?

It would be nice to initial program our ESP8266 product with its customer app over the air on the production line.
Does a WROOM-02 come with factory firmware that makes that possible?
