Hi,Harold,

Sorry for the late reply, are you using ESP-01 ?

Could you try it with another module ?

We are working on this issue now,but we can‘t duplicate this problem ..

We will keep testing and checking our source code,I’ll let you know if there is any update.

I'm using our own PCB board, there are about 10pcs working at the same time, for more than 2 months. As I was saying, all of them worked perfectly until upgrade from SDK 0.9.4 to SDK 1.1.0. But I found another thing that may relate to the problem, new-SDK seems to scan for all channels before it was finally connected, but old-SDK would not (ESP8266 running SDK 0.9.4 could not connect at all if I change the channel of my AP!)

What's more, SDK 1.1.0 would scan for all channels during startup, but it will fail and print those logs if CPU is busy during startup, as I've said in my post.

What's more, during our long time tests(2 months), I found it also happens by chance when my AP restarted (Which was scheduled once per week)

We let those devices do full day test, sometimes happen.
Reboot does not help.

Which SDK are you using, SDK without OS or RTOS SDK ?

How long the connection is before this happen ?

Could you offer the capture packets ?

Could you offer more details of your test steps, we will have a try.
