Please have a try with the latest SDK v1.3.0 http://bbs.espressif.com/viewtopic.php?f=46&t=850.

If your problem is still unsolved, please provide your UART output logs for debugging.

Could you please offer more information about your router and its Wi-Fi configuration ? If you could provide the capture picture of your router's Wi-Fi configuration that will be very helpful.

And could you offer more details about your test steps ?
