wifi_station_scan example and doc

When I'm migrating from SDK 1.3 to 1.5, wifi_station_scan seems to lose something. Then I found the post Migrating applications from SDK 1.3 to SDK 1.4,http://bbs.espressif.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1173. tve said: prior the SDK 1.4 the scan results had a bogus 0-th entry, this got fixed in SDK 1....
