My suggestion - write your ID Code in Flash Memory (user parameter area) .

Sector :User param
definition: Store user parameter(4 x 4KB)
region: 240KB~256KB
size:16KB

Probally, your Flash memory is good ! You can use another Serial Terminal emulator for Windows:

Termite version 3.2 - complete setup
http://www.compuphase.com/software_termite.htm

Configure those parameters, and select your COM port.
