Re: spi_flash_write at address 0 (zero)

Ok, figured out. To make it work, first it's needed to copy content of array in flash into variable in memory: This code write data as expected: uint32 *data = os_malloc(sizeof(BOOT_DATA)); os_memcpy(data, &BOOT_DATA, sizeof(BOOT_DATA)); /* copy current boot header code */ spi_flash_erase_sector...

spi_flash_write at address 0 (zero)

Hello, Is it possible to write flash at address 0? I want to update boot from my code, I using next code: static const uint8_t BOOT_DATA[] ICACHE_RODATA_ATTR STORE_ATTR = { ... }; spi_flash_erase_sector(0); spi_flash_write(0, (uint32*)&BOOT_DATA, sizeof(BOOT_DATA)); but looks like spi_flash_writ...

Re: 【Feedback】WiFi mode switch STA<->AP: LoadProhibitedCause and connection issue

I still waiting for reply to my question: But, can you please tell me, do I actually need to manually change PHY mode? In my case I need STA mode in "N" and AP mode in "G" (because AP does not work in "N" per specification). Or it will be enough to call wifi_set_phy_mod...

Re: WiFi AP mode stability

Any news? I have noticed that this occurs simultaneously with messages in UART: chg_A3:-180 chg_A3:0 chg_A3:-180 chg_A3:0 chg_A3:-180 chg_A3:0 This occurs even on SDK 1.5.4.1 UPD: For me this behavior is reproduced on all channels except CH1. On channel 1 ESP works stable, on all other - bad.

WiFi AP mode stability

Using SDK 1.5.4 Have noticed that AP mode is unstable. Here is screenshot. "White" is my ESP8266 signal that is located near me. Such behavior leads to situation when you can't connect to AP and AP is not shown in list of available access points on phone. Sometimes this "silence"...

Re: WiFi mode switch STA<->AP: LoadProhibitedCause and connection issue

Yes, this patch have solved issue. But, can you please tell me, do I actually need to manually change PHY mode? In my case I need STA mode in "N" and AP mode in "G" (because AP does not work in "N" per specification). Or it will be enough to call wifi_set_phy_mode(PHY_M...
