sntp_set_timezone for +5:30 offset

Hi Espressif

How do use sntp_set_timezone() API to set timezone offset +5:30 ? Counties like India use that time zone.

Thanks

Re: System stops after wdt reset

I agree that the code should be written such that it does not cause the watchdog reset. However, if the watch dog timer is ever expired for whatever reasons, the system must reboot back and must not stuck waiting for someone to come and press the HW reset button. No matter what is the reason for wdo...

Re: No heap available, failed to malloc 1592

The latest patch for memory optimization http://bbs.espressif.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=734 seem to have fixed my issue.

Thanks Espressif.

No heap available, failed to malloc 1592

Hi Espressif, I have a multi connection TCP server which works great. My problem is that I see No heap available, failed to malloc 1592 from SDK on serial console after using the server for a few seconds . My TCP server does NOT alloc/free any memory at runtime so I do not suspect a memory leak by t...

boot loader OTA upgrade support.

Hi Espressif, Do you have any plans to support boot loader upgrade over the air ? In the past boot loader (boot.bin) in SDK has changed to support flash layouts and is likely to change in future. It would be really useful to support boot.bin OTA upgrade the same way we do user1/user2.bin upgrade. Bo...

CRC32, MD5, SHA-1 API request

Hello, Is it possible for you to provide SDK APIs to caculate CRC32, MD5 and SHA-1 of a buffer of a given length? Currently I am using a third party implementation of CRC32 which is eating more than 1KB of code space as it needs to store constant tables. I notice the "hmac_md5" and "h...

Re: SDK 1.1.0 does not boot when 80Mhz SPI clock selected

Hi

These patches seem to be just new binaries with the fix so what i do is simply rename them e.g. libmain_patch_01.a to libmain.a and replace them in /lib folder.

Re: SDK 1.1.0 does not boot when 80Mhz SPI clock selected

Many thanks.
it now works with 80Mhz settings. :)

I still need to test with logic analyser if clock is coming out correctly.

Thanks again for such a quick turn around.

Re: SDK 1.1.0 does not boot when 80Mhz SPI clock selected

Hi Espressif Is there any update on this ? Btw, its not bootloader issue at all, I did another test using non FOTA binaries [eagle.app.v6.flash.bin at 0x0 and eagle.app.v6.irom0text.bin at 0x40000] where we dont have bootloader at all. But these binaries does not boot for SDK 1.1.0 at 80Mhz. Switchi...
