How to free allocated memory correctly? - Fatal exception / E:M 1584

Hi, i allocate memory for an array of structs, this is my code: size_t taskAmount; object *tasks = parseJSON(subbuff, sizeof(subbuff),&taskAmount); os_free(tasks); without that code my application works fine, but if i use it, after a certain time my application crashes and i get this text written...

Re: user_tcp_recv_cb - parameter 'arg'

Thanks a lot for your help :) 2. If step 1 confirms data is being sent alright, then you can check espconn status in this sent_callback function, instead of where you are checking now. This way, if sent_cb is not executed or has error - you know that the link was faulty and the GET request failed. A...

user_tcp_recv_cb - parameter 'arg'

Hi, i am wondering if the argument called 'arg' of the user_tcp_recv_cb - function is from the type struct espconn and can be used to send a http request? LOCAL void ICACHE_FLASH_ATTR user_tcp_recv_cb(void *arg, char *pusrdata, unsigned short length) I am asking because i do that and my website does...

Use built-in JSON functions to parse JSON?

Hi forum, i would like to parse json data from a webpage as easy as possible. I noticed in the documentation that there are some json functions but i couldn't find any examples on the web how to properly use them. I would really appreciate it if someone could post a short code example. This is my js...

Just confirm with you the router never enable the "hidden SSID" feature.

Could you help to capture the air package for our analysis?

Re: 【Feedback】ESP8266 doesn't connect to WiFi?

What do you mean with TK-Link? If you meant 'TP-Link': it's not a TP-Link router, it is a router from the german company 'Telekom'. The strange thing is, that i tried it a few days ago with a TP-Link router and it worked without any problems. I just don't understand whats wrong here: The module is a...
