newbie problem while updating AT

What's my fault? How can I do better?

Beside this I'm looking for an AT extension to get time information from NTP protocol - as my ESP is already connected to the internet
I have to say I am on a WIN10 system so LINUX solutions aren't help

You are not using our official AT firmware.

Please have a try with our official AT firmware : http://bbs.espressif.com/viewtopic.php?f=46&t=1123

If your problem is still unsolved, please provide the capture picture of Flash download tool while downloading.
