Postby elchupacabra » Mon Oct 12, 2015 5:54 am

Hi,
From about 4 minutes interval I'm receiving repeatably this messages from ESP:

WIFI DISCONNECT
WIFI CONNECTED
WIFI GOT IP

I've conncted with this command to my network
AT+CWJAP_CUR="myNetwork","myPassword"\r\n

What could be the problem?

Hi,

What's the version of your AT firmware ? You can get the version info by command "AT+GMR".

Could you have a try with the latest AT firmware http://bbs.espressif.com/viewtopic.php?f=46&t=1123

Or test it with another router ?

I'm using the latest firmware:

AT version:0.50.0.0(Sep 18 2015 20:55:38)
SDK version:1.4.0
compile time:Sep 18 2015 21:32:07
OK

My wifi router is DDWRT type and I hadn't any problems using it with the latest v.0.95 versions of AT Commands.

My ESP type is :

flash vendor:
EFh : WB
flash devID:
4016h
QUAD;32Mbit
crystal:
26 Mhz

I've flashed it with ... see attachment.

Am I'm missing something from the flashing proccess ? What are the files and addresses recommended for my type of ESP

Hi,

You downloaded it in a right way.

Can WiFi work well on the v.0.95 versions of AT Commands ?

Just ignore the logs, can WiFi work well the latest AT_v0.50_sdk_v1.4.0 ?

Could you try it with another router ?

Hi
Problem solved!
The router is the problem. I've tested with my android hotspot and it doesn't reset the connection. So the router is causing the strange resets.
I'm using as model a D-Link 615 revision D with a DD-WRT kindof old firmware
DD-WRT v24-sp2 (11/21/10) std

so...now I've identified the cause
