Algorithm for maximizing Pout

Hi,
In ESP8266 spec that can be found here in section 7.1 Current Consumption there is sentence "All the transmitter’s measurements are based on 90% duty cycle, continuous transmit mode." It would be very useful to know algorithm to create 90% duty cycle and continuous transmit mode. Probably even better would be SDK code example for generating such conditions.

I would like to maximize energy generated by ESP8266 for testing purposes.

Any support appreciated.
