do you want sample program for arduino, for esp or all two?
in which ide? xtensa, eclipse, arduino ide..
there are many possibles.
what must the esp do with arduino?
esp as master
arduino as slave?
do you simple use the iot example, there is esp as master code in it
then use arduino ide there are i2c slave examples in it too
last but not least, look in the docu threads, there are documents about I2C
and on last side, there is an example how you can read with esp from a slave.
any further help, write on here again
best wishes
rudi

I am planning to make a SD card based Mp3 player using VS1033D and an Arduino .
I have got a VS1033D breakout board from Sparkfun with me. I tried sending Mp3 data to the SDI.But it dint play the song . Please tell me how can i initialize the Decoder. Please describe in detail all the steps .
Also is it always necessary to tie the TEST pin to VDD ?
