ESP8266_NONOS_SDK_V1.0.1 Patch for station+softAP issue

Here is a patch for station+softAP issue that users may have, based on ESP8266_NONOS_SDK_V1.0.1, solved problem that connect to ESP8266 softAP may fail in station+softAP mode.
