How is that value of 200 Ohm determined?
What if I'd use 300 Ohm instead; would that work better, worse, equally well? Why not?

Dear BuGless,
The resistor on SD_CLK is for lowering the driving current, decreasing cross-talk and external interruption, adjusting timing sequence, and so on.
200ohm is a reference value and you can adjust it on the situation.
