Dear SpenZerX,

I am afraid we can not directly give the recommended value of L1 and L2 to you without test. Because values of π-type network depends on the external antenna and impedance control of your board.

Hi,

my prototype using this design has good RF-Range. Should i worry about L1 & L2? (I used componets inspired by ESP-07 design)

Is there any service from espressif to check and optimize ESP8266 SOC integration in new hardware projects?

an other question:

do you think in circuit flashing is possible? I have an clamp that fits. Any chance?

What is the recommended way to flash the chip in series production? Serial flash by com terminal and your tool or assembling of preflashed chips? Or will the heat from reflow soldering erase the flash?

The problem is that my product is very small. Serial Com terminals are pcb-vias only.

Hi SpenZerX,

If it is for mass production, we recommend you to pre-burn flash IC(off-line mode) and then solder it onto module.
