Will it has problem to place the WiFi chip and BT chip or Lora 2.4G Hz chip on the same board? Any reference design or guideline for that?
As it is an iot design, the long range and low energy chips will be included too.

Nah, not a problem. If both transmit together, it will cause some lost data at the physical level and cause retransmissions. So in theory the problem you will face is slow average TCP or BT communication speed. But that is all, it will not severely affect communication.
You may also use coexistence feature and stall WiFi radio when BT is being used.
In terms of board layout, I suppose you are using 2.4 GHz antennas, probably separate ones. Align them at 90 degrees and leave some space between them. Also have via stitching between the 2.4GHz band chip grounds.
