WROOM-02 Defaults?

Hi

I am trying to test the WROOM-02 module, and in BOOT mode the BAUD is 74880, but the flash tool does not support this BAUD! ??

Also, if I power up out of BOOT MODE (normal mode) the data coming out of the Tx pin is not 112500, when I put a scope on it it look like 2MBit.

Can anyone elaborate on this please? I am stuck.
