esp8266 start-up process

I just want to know the process of esp8266 chip start-up, who can give me a detail describe of it(from the chip power on to the program main handler start).
And wether the flash is need to access after the main handler start??

We have a FAQ to talk about the boot up procedure. You can get FAQ document from below link.

And yes, flash need to be accessible. Because code need to be cached from flash to RAM.
