esp8266 start-up process

I just want to know the process of esp8266 chip start-up, who can give me a detail describe of it(from the chip power on to the program main handler start). And wether the flash is need to access after the main handler start??

I think you have misunderstood. What I want to konw is that : the process of this chip starting(the detail from chip power on to the main program start ), and the flash is wether needed after the main program start.

And yes, flash need to be accessible. Because code need to be cached from flash to RAM.
