It is possible to set wifi setting using hotspot in esp8266

Hello all,

I want to know it is possible to create hotspot using esp8266 and setup new wifi details using this hotspot in my project i need to wireless communicate and setup wifi details using mobile application please help me out from here. Suggestions and ideas r most welcome
