SDK 0.9.5 b1 - enable PROMISCUOUS causes reset

when I'm trying execute function:
wifi_promiscuous_enable(1);
esp resets:

I tried on sdk_0.9.5 b1 . it's fine..

this code works OK on 0.9.3 and 0.9.4
but resets on 0.9.5 b1

whats I'm doing wrong?
