While studying the SDK APIs, I was examining espconn_regist_reconcb(). As I studied it in depth, I seem to find that its purpose is to register a callback when an error in the TCP/IP calls or results is detected. As such, this appears to be nothing to do with "reconnect" but rather with error handling. I'd like to suggest that the name of this function be changed. A potential candidate might be:
espconn_regist_errorcb()
which would register a callback to be called when an error has been detected.
Very poor name: espconn_regist_reconcb function
