flash_sector argunment in espconn_secure_ca_enable and espconn_secure_cert_req_enable

It seems that values higher than 0xFF are not working for the flash_sector arguments of
espconn_secure_ca_enable(uint8 level, uint32 flash_sector) and espconn_secure_cert_req_enable(uint8 level, uint32 flash_sector).
