lwipopts.h还是lwip/opt.h？

刚发布的lwIP for SDK 1.3.0代码里有几乎相同的两个文件lwipopts.h和lwip/opt.h，其中个别宏定义有差别。

在各个源文件里，这两个头文件中的任一个都有被include，这是怎么回事？

另外这个项目是不是比官方的lwIP要好一些？似乎官方的lwIP去除了好些功能，比如snmp

Nice work you've done, but did you stop working on it? The last commit seems to be from march?

I would be great if this work could be integrated into the esp opensdk!
