麻烦使用 Espressif 官方 Flash download tool。

如果您的问题仍未解决，麻烦提供烧录时 Flash download tool 的截图，以供分析。

I'm also having trouble.
the flash memory works when new but after loading test programs many time the ESP8266 flash will not flash correctly.
the flasher reports "invalid head of packet" or "error".
I'm using win7 64bit with FTDI USB to UART.
Should I use a different USB to UART?
Do I need to replace flash memory after a few reprogramming's?

Please help.
