espconn.h should include ip_addr.h

It seems that the header file espconn.h needs references to data types defined in ip_addr.h but yet does not explicitly include them. This means that prior to including espconn.h, one must explicitly include ip_addr.h. This post asks for an investigation of that to see if ip_addr.h should be included by espconn.h.
