Persistence for system_deep_sleep_set_option()
Persistence for system_deep_sleep_set_option()
Postby rith87 » Mon Oct 19, 2015 7:03 pm
I have another microcontroller turning the ESP8266 on and off when necessary. In some scenarios, I would like it to boot up as fast as it can with RF calibration disabled. I was thinking of using system_deep_sleep_set_option() but I assume that the settings do not persist when power on the ESP8266 is cycled. Is there any way to track the ESP8266 state such that the setting to disable RF is kept even after cycling power to the ESP8266? If not, @Espressif folks, any chance we can get such an API?
