Lowlevel Access to phy MAC layer

Hi dears at Espressif,

I read the full documentation (espressif_iot_esp8266ex_development_kit_v0.9.4.zip) , but I didn't find the answer :

Is it possible to have access to 802.11 packets,and process them by app ?
I want to be able to Send and Receive 802.11 packets directly from/to phy mac layer.
