SDK 1.5 softAP no connect possible

Hello,

with SDK 1.41 our code can open a softAP succesfully, but after upgrade to v1.5 no external device can connect to the esp8266! The source wasn't touched, only the sdk has been upgraded.

Please notice that "struct softap_config" needs initialize, otherwise it may be random value which may cause no connect possible.

If your problem is still unsolved, please provide your test code for debugging.

这么多人提出了一样的问题，我也发现这个问题了，似乎1.5 nonos SDK 的softAP 连接时经常连接不上的，但是同样的代码在1.4中又是很顺利的。
