Get phone mac from SmartConfig

When I am using the SmartConfig I can see that it logs the phone mac address of the device that runs the IoT app:

Is there a way to get that phone mac or ap mac address in my code? I would like to use the phone mac as part of security measures and allow only trusted phone mac addresses.
