1. fix sniffer mode quit issue
2. fix light sleep performance bug
3. add deep sleep option
4.change the compile script , check readme.txt

@costaud, whether this bug: http://bbs.espressif.com/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=106 is already fixed or will be fixed with standard release ?
