Where are the files for v1.4.1 4Mbit Flash

Hi,
I want to upgrade my ESP8266 to the newest version, but for 1 Mbit Flash the last version was a patch v1.4.1,

But I can't find the following files

eagle.flash.bin 0x00000 In \bin\at\noboot
eagle.irom0text.bin 0x40000 In \bin\at\noboot

Do you have the full SDK package or a newer version with the solved bugs for 4 Mbit?
