Flash Problem using ESP8266EX 開發板（ESP-LAUNCHER)

Hi, I bought a official ESP8266EX Kit from taobao

After I download latest SDK & upload it to the board, it failed to run.
Only show this exception repeatedly in the serial port terminal.

Fatal exception (0):
epc1=0x40210a14, epc2=0x00000000, epc3=0x00000000, excvaddr=0x00000000, depc=0x00000000

Here is my configuration, I followed the README.md:


Anything wrong with my flash configuration ?
I've almost tried out every addresses & files combinations, but still the same error.

Please give me some idea. Thanks a lot!
