can not link with esp8266 when in the station and ap mode

I have some questions in iot mode.
when I set wifi mode in station and ap mode, I can use computer to link the esp8266.
but I found I could not ping with the esp8266, and the esp8266 ip is 192.168.4.1

What's the IP address of your computer ?

Can your computer ping other devices which are in the same LAN ?

thanks,I found I change the linux config ,and make the ip is static, so, i can connect with the internet,but i can not connect with the esp8266 when it as a ap mode .
